Exchange, discuss and meditate to connect
The philosophical and spiritual discussion allows beginners as well as the most advanced to develop your critical sense and thus connect with yourself, and by extension, with the universe.
Spiritual and philosophical practice promotes well-being. Allow adults to apply philosophy and spirituality in a group in a context of discussion and sharing contributes to better communication, better self-knowledge and emotional and psychological unblocking.
The workshops include practical exercises as well as the expression of feelings by the participants. The facilitator also works to promote exchanges between participants through non-violent communication and energetic connection.
Important clarification: the workshop has nothing religious or sectarian. I am not part of any sect and I do not practice any religion.
Progress of the philosophical and spiritual discussion workshop
- We practice a meditative exercise : energetic chanting, mindfulness meditation, guided meditation or breathing exercise
- I presents a theme with a literature review. So we see what is said on the subject in the dictionary, religions, mythology, relevant authors and artists.
- List of themes explored : effective communication, self-observation, true philosophy, observe – accept – experience, Universal Laws, God – spirituality – religion, judgment, attachment and resistance
- We make a turn to speak so that everyone can express their thoughts and feelings
- We conclude with a feedback on the workshop and reactions experienced by the participants.

The formulas are flexible and adapt to your needs, whether for a single event or for weekly practice.
